My work centers around helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma with compassion, clarity, and support. These struggles don’t define who you are — they’re just chapters in your life, not the whole book. Together, we’ll explore what has shaped you and gently work toward the healing, peace, and confidence you deserve.

Think of therapy as a place where you can slow down, breathe, and open a new page. Some chapters may need to be rewritten with more understanding and self-compassion. Others may need closure or reframing. And some may be ready to give way to entirely new beginnings.

About Christina Hoyt

I became a therapist because I understand, on both a personal and professional level, how complicated and overwhelming life can feel. I have lived experience with the impact of mental health challenges, addiction, and domestic violence within families, as well as my own past experience navigating a disability. While I don’t share these parts of my story in detail, they shape the empathy, patience, and respect I bring to my work.
