Hi, I’m Christina — and I’m really glad you’re here.
I became a therapist because I understand, on both a personal and professional level, how complicated and overwhelming life can feel. I have lived experience with the impact of mental health challenges, addiction, and domestic violence within families, as well as my own past experience navigating a disability. While I don’t share these parts of my story in detail, they shape the empathy, patience, and respect I bring to my work.
These experiences have shown me how strong people can be even when they don’t feel strong, and how powerful it is to have a safe place to talk about the things that are hard to carry alone. They also influence my style as a therapist — warm, grounded, and collaborative.
In my practice, I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I’m someone who listens deeply, but I’m also not afraid to offer gentle suggestions, guidance, or insights when it feels helpful. My goal is to support you in understanding your story, exploring what’s been holding you back, and discovering new ways forward.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. You bring your lived experiences, and I bring tools, perspective, and a safe, nonjudgmental space. Together, we’ll explore the chapters that have shaped you and create room for healing, growth, and new beginnings.
Whether you’re making sense of old wounds or ready to start writing a new chapter, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Your story matters. And I’m here to hear it.
